Eligibility & Accounts
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- One account per user is permitted
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
- All provided information must be accurate
Data & Privacy
Your personal data, resumes, and video profiles are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Recruiters may access candidate data solely for legitimate hiring purposes.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide truthful resume and video profile information
- Apply only to relevant job opportunities
- Do not impersonate another individual
- Respect recruiter communications
- Do not upload misleading or inappropriate content
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Post only genuine and lawful job openings
- Do not charge candidates any fees
- Use candidate data strictly for recruitment
- Avoid discriminatory or unethical hiring practices
- Comply with employment and data protection laws
- Maintain transparency in hiring communication
Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent job postings or profiles
- Scraping or misusing platform data
- Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
- Security breaches or unauthorized access attempts
Limitation of Liability
BeLL acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or candidate suitability. We are not responsible for disputes between candidates and recruiters.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
