By signing up on BeLL, you agree to these clear rules of professional conduct.
BeLL (“Platform”, “we”, “our”) is a video-first job-seeking and recruitment platform connecting candidates and recruiters. By accessing, signing up for, or using BeLL, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to build an account.
- Keep your login password completely confidential.
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
- Account Limits: Only one individual account per user is permitted on the platform.
- Account Security: You are fully responsible for safeguarding your credentials and passwords.
- Accuracy: All professional information, CV records, and video clips provided must be truthful and accurate.
2. Data & Privacy
All your video files and career records are governed under our robust Privacy Policy.
Your personal data, resumes, video profile recordings, and professional records are handled in strict accordance with our official Privacy Policy. Recruiters registered on the Platform may access candidate data solely for legitimate and active hiring purposes, and are prohibited from sharing candidate details outside our services.
3. Candidate Rules
- Present only honest details on your video resume.
- Never upload inappropriate media content or impersonate others.
- Provide fully truthful and up-to-date information on resumes and video profiles.
- Apply solely to genuine job postings that fit your current interest and background.
- Do not impersonate any other individual, entity, or background.
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with recruiter profiles.
- Do not upload misleading, offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate video files.
- Use the Platform in full compliance with local employment and copyright laws.
4. Recruiter Rules
- Recruiters must post active and legal job opportunities only.
- Never charge candidates fees for reviewing video resumes.
- Post only genuine, active, and lawful employment listings.
- Do not charge candidates any application, review, or processing fees.
- Use candidate information strictly for direct, internal recruitment processes.
- Avoid any discriminatory, predatory, or unethical recruitment methods.
- Comply with employment equity and regional data protection acts.
- Maintain clear transparency and respect throughout candidate evaluations.
5. Prohibited Activities
We permanently ban profiles engaged in fraud, harassment, data scraping, or hacking.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BeLL and will result in immediate account termination:
- Fraudulent job opportunities, fake credentials, or false profile materials.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or unauthorized compiling of candidate or system database files.
- Harassment, abusive conduct, hate speech, or unethical communications.
- Security breaches, penetration testing without consent, or malicious code injection.
6. Limitation of Liability
BeLL coordinates video profiles and matching, but does not guarantee hiring placements or outcomes.
BeLL acts solely as an intermediary matching platform. We do not guarantee career placement, job hiring outcomes, candidate credentials, or employer suitability. We are not liable or responsible for disputes, salary negotiations, or outcomes between job seeking candidates and employer recruiter profiles.
7. Changes & Account Termination
- We may update these terms as our video features grow.
- Violations of our community guidelines will trigger permanent bans.
7.1 Adjusting Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as BeLL expands. Your continued use of the platform constitutes direct agreement to the active revisions.
7.2 Suspending Accounts
We reserve full rights to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate candidate or recruiter accounts found in violation of our guidelines or terms of service.
